Deer in Repose is an abstract sculpture based off of a series of nine different drawing styles and the observation of motion of a deer. This style is reminiscent of a gesture drawing.

Constructed of rolled & twisted metal, sliced tubing then powder coated with a earth tone texture. It represents a frozen moment of time where a deer hears a sound, pauses and turns its head. It was #2 in a series of three.

Dimensions: 22� x 24� x 9� and weighs around 10 lbs.

This is part of the artist's private collection, but willing to part with.

He was an inspiration to many who knew him. He was indeed an Artist as Peter Piatt, (last name rhymes with quiet) shared his talent and heart his entire adult life. He was a well known exhibited Fine Art photographer, traditional graphite pencil & charcoal sketch artist, 3D modeler, and sculptural /architectural component designer.
